Customer Service Rep (CSR) - Affinity Group Management

Essential Functions:

  • Communicate directly with clients via phone and email in a professional, yet friendly manner.
  • Add new properties to existing accounts
  • Delete properties to existing accounts
  • Maintains client records by updating or changing account information
  • Resolves service problems by clarifying the client’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
  • Resolves billing issues by working with Billing and Collections to correct account as necessary
  • Onboarding new clients
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School diploma required, 4-year College degree preferred
  • Two or more years in a Client Service position
  • Property and Casualty License required
  • Specialized training in Insurance Continuing Education
  • Industry specific affiliations are encouraged
  • Above average skills in email and phone etiquette
  • Demonstrated ability in Microsoft Office Suite
  • General knowledge of Accounting, Real Estate Investing/Transactions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Team Support - Affinity Group Management

Position Objective:

The Team Support associate contributes to the overall goal of providing world-class administrative service by supporting the CARe’s and the Client Service Representatives.

Essential Functions:

  • Communicate directly with Account Managers and Client Service Representatives in a professional, yet friendly manner.
  • Set up new accounts
  • Add & Delete properties to existing accounts
  • Preliminary audit of coverages sold based on Company assignment procedures
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School diploma required, 4-year College degree preferred
  • Two or more years in a Data Entry Position
  • Demonstrated ability in Microsoft Office Suite
  • General knowledge of Accounting

Commercial Lines CSR - NREIG

Position Objective:

The CSR supports the Senior Vice President in providing client services and other necessary administrative tasks.

Essential Functions:

  • Provide excellent support to our producers and insured’s
  • Review applications for accuracy, thoroughness, completeness
  • Support client requests for information or assistance
  • Changing policy records to conform to specifications
  • Negotiating skills; will have direct contact with company underwriters
  • Accurately prepare proposals when necessary
  • Knowledge of Marketing & Quoting – New Business and Renewals; Ability to review, quote and negotiate when necessary, with underwriting
  • Experienced with online rating
  • Complete and prepare certificates of insurance, proposals, policy summaries, invoices etc.
  • Check policy coverage and endorsements on all new business and renewals
  • Maintain accounts in accordance with organizational guidelines
  • Service and monitor account activity
  • Answer customer questions and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Additional duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

  • P&C License – Required
  • Minimum 3 years Commercial Lines Experience
  • Strong Commercial Coverage Knowledge; can recommend, discuss and explain coverage and spot gaps in coverage – Need a generalist not a specialist
  • Computer literate; working knowledge of insurance agency management system(s) required
  • Strong communication skills both written and oral
  • Ability to multi-task without overlooking the details in a fast paced environment
  • Strong follow up skills

Sales Liaison - NREIG

Position Objective:

The Sales Liaison provides support to team members and assists between leads/prospects and the Sales Agents to ensure that as many desirable prospects are converted to clients as possible.

Essential Functions:

  • Engage Leads and work toward conversion
  • Triage leads to appropriate Coverage Consultant/Team
  • Delegate workflow as appropriate
  • Obtain RLIM scores
  • Complete Statement of Values spreadsheets as needed
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Monitor Follow-ups
  • Recommend changes/improvements to sales process
  • Direct communication with clients/prospects
  • Build positive relationships and maintain excellent communication with all departments within the organization.
  • Set up new clients in proprietary sales tracking software.
  • Assist RSA with additional duties as needed

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School diploma required, 4-year College degree preferred
  • Two or more years in a Client Service position

Online Sales Account Rep - Think Realty

Position Objective:

Sell comprehensive media solutions to achieve sales targets and maximize revenues for online and print sales.

Essential Functions:

  • Proactively network, always seeking opportunities to promote all TR products, services and events.
  • Identify, develop, and expand existing and new client relationships & key accounts
  • Maintain close communications at various stages in the sales cycle including account updates, weekly projections & forecasting of future advertising
  • Research target markets and trends, and adjusts sales strategy accordingly
  • Ensure clear understanding and interpretation of client needs, and recommend appropriate solutions, to meet requirements
  • Develop short and long range plans for revenue growth
  • Negotiate advertising rates, create oral & written presentations; generate packages

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
